Taylor Cunningham
About
Taylor Cunningham is a passionate trial and appellate lawyer who takes pride in representing individuals who have suffered serious injury and families who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Taylor focuses his practice on holding railroads and others wrongdoers accountable for their conduct and associating with other attorneys to assist them in complex motion practice and appeals.
Taylor has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" in Minnesota (an honor reserved to the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40) since 2021. He is an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and the Minnesota Lavender Bar Association. Taylor presents at continuing legal education seminars and authors articles on topics including personal injury law and litigation. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School, teaching Legal Writing and Research. Taylor regularly writes well-regarded amicus ("friend of the court") briefs in Minnesota appellate courts on issues important to consumers.
Taylor is graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was Articles Editor for the Journal of Law & Inequality. Taylor earned his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Personal
Taylor grew up in northeast Oklahoma. He moved to Minnesota to attend law school and to escape the Oklahoma heat. In his spare time, Taylor enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his two rescue dogs.
